• Pasture rotational system that mimics the migration of bison.  This keeps fly populations down and allows grasses and legumes time to rest and re-grow before animals return allowing the land to assimilate animal waste.
• Supplemented with grain for ultimate flavor, tenderness
• Lush, diverse mix of grasses and legumes in pastures
• Cattle are never allowed to wade into ponds, which ensure health of cattle as well as that of the pond. (Wading cattle pollute ponds with waste and stir up mud and detritus then drink it.) 
• Shade is always provided on hot days
• We raise Angus and Shorthorn crosses that are known for well marbled meat
• All of our beef is aged 14 days
• Processed in a USDA inspected small family owned plant
• We add no fat of water to our ground beef and never grind old animals or old cuts of beef
